Nowadays, the main problem for the modern life is obesity. Peoples are eating with very high quantity and exceed their daily needs. So, here i am going to tell and give suggestion on how to reduce your fat.
-Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day
- Break up your meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones
-Increase your fruit and vegetable intake
-Decrease your fat intake
-Exercise for 30 minutes each day
-Find a hobby
-Don’t eat that late night snack
-Listen to your body
-Increase your fiber intake
-Cleanse and detoxify the harmful chemical in your body
